I had such a great experience with Allen! He gave me the long layers I wanted and did such an amazing job. My hair came out exactly how I envisioned it, and the wash and dry were also done so well. Allen was very nice, professional, and really took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be coming back to him!

Absolutely terrible experience. This place is a total rip-off! The price they charged was completely different from what is listed on their menu board—they just randomly made up a much higher price on the spot. First, the hair washing was an absolute nightmare. The hair washer has long, dyed blonde hair. She was incredibly painful and rough, pulling my scalp so hard it hurt. They used freezing cold water, and when I complained, she actually had the nerve to say, "The weather is so hot, cold water doesn't matter!" It was incredibly lazy and disrespectful. Then, I was assigned to the hairdresser on the far left, right next to the cash register. She has straightened, bleached blonde hair in a basic, blunt chop. She clearly thinks her own style looks amazing, but in reality, she has zero sense of aesthetics. She cut my hair completely brainlessly, like a blind, tacky, and outdated assembly-line factory worker just hacking away randomly. She completely butchered my hair. I showed her a reference photo, but she didn't care at all. She destroyed all the layers, leaving my hair looking messy, frizzy, and completely shapeless. The worst part is that the two sides are completely uneven—one side is visibly longer and thicker than the other! It looks absolutely ridiculous and is impossible to style myself. I deeply regret stepping into such a tacky, cheap-looking, and outdated salon. To make it worse, the staff here is incredibly rude and trashy. The whole time, they kept talking to each other in their own dialect, obviously mocking and complaining about their customers. It showed a complete lack of professionalism and manners. Overpriced, zero skills, and trashy service. Do not waste your money in this outdated, tacky place. Avoid at all costs!!!
I went for the headspa , very relaxing also she did facial cleansing and moisturizing no extra charge , she was soo sweet and i did a blow dry also , felt soo fresh
Scalp massage: After a is a hair salon but downstairs they have massage beds and the scalp massage, which cost me $40, lasted an hour. First they gave me a relaxing scalp massage with equipment, then they washed my hair and cleaned, she did a basic facial with a mask, and a really good massage on my shoulders, neck, and part of my back. They literally washed from my shoulders to my head with hot water, which was very relaxing. The woman who gave me the massage was Rosie, she is really sweet, she doesn't speak much English but she understands and follows your preferences in the massage pressure, she finished the massage by drying my hair, neck, and back and applying moisturizer. Personally, I think it's worth it, I give it 4 stars because the place needs better ambiance, relaxing music, but the service was really good.
